What we collect
We do not run accounts, newsletters or analytics trackers. The contact tool on our site works only in your browser and does not transmit data to us. We receive personal data only when you choose to email us, in which case we process your name, email address and the content of your message.
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability. These logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
Why and on what basis
We process email correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and corrections. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
How long we keep data
Emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless we need them to handle a legal claim.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who host our website and email, under appropriate data processing terms, or where required by law.
